How to help your text thumb?
Thumb problems, we are all going to experience some form of thumb issue at some point, if it’s using your thumb for typing on your cellphone or if it’s for gaming, Thumbs get sore. I even get tightness in my thumb on occasion because I use my thumb at work every day. How to keep your thumb working for longer with less issue is about being proactive to prevent, rather then rehab your injury
Prevention is seen as being proactive, why wait for the injury? Why not help yourself before there is a problem, and this is what this post is aimed at. Being proactive can be beneficial long term as when you might experience an injury if you have been proactive in a prevention plan these injuries tend to not be as debilitating as if you haven’t been active.
Rehabilitation takes a lot longer because we tend to be a use it or lose it system.
