Shoulder tightness
Shoulder tightness it happens. As we get younger and younger we might experience stiffness or a lack of “mobility”.
Sometimes the best approach though isn’t necessarily the approach of beating your shoulders up with a foam roller or a lacrosse ball. Don’t get me wrong, this can help with a lot of mobility issue that I have seen in my time. Good old roll that tissues out with a lacrosse ball 30 to 45 seconds can sometimes help that area dramatically. However, if you DO NOT OWN that range of movement with stability, GOOD LUCK trying to get that range of movement. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete, weekend warrior or just your casual gym-goer. If you do not have stability in your shoulders, that MOBILITY is not going to hang around.
I’m using the Crossover Symmetry system, but if you do your research I am sure you can also find a system that will provide a similar resistances.
